He has been heavily linked with Chelsea, his former club, and Bayern Munich. The Blues’ supporters chanted Mourinho’s name during their league match against Brentford as things aren’t going too smoothly for Mauricio Pochettino. On the other hand, the Bavarians are in search of a new manager after current boss Thomas Tuchel decided to step down at the end of the season. Reports in Germany have even revealed that the Portuguese is learning German to take charge of Bayern.Mourinho was recently present at a Moto GP event in Portimao where he was asked if he has been approached by any club so far.“Zero, zero. I don’t have a club, I’m free. But I want to work, in the summer I want to work,” Mourinho told local media. He was then asked if he has closed the doors to a return to Portugal and manage his homeland to which the 61-year-old replied he is ready to coach any team anywhere.“Why?” he replied. “Never say no, especially in football. My life is football, I can train anywhere, and I have no problems.”Remember, in an earlier interview, Mourinho expressed his desire to coach in the Saudi Pro League."I will go to Saudi Arabia in some free time, but I am convinced that I will work there. I don't know when, but I am pretty sure of it," Mourinho had told Egypt TV channel MBC Masr."No one knows the future, but I will definitely do this (working in Saudi Arabia)," he said.
